Private Fairway Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Private Fairway, we strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility while maintaining clear and consistent policies. Please review the following terms regarding purchases, bookings, and memberships.

 

Refund Policy  -

All purchases—including products, memberships, and gift certificates—are non-refundable. We encourage customers to make selections carefully and contact us with any questions prior to completing a purchase.

 

Booking Cancellations -

Members may cancel their bookings up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this window will be issued credit to the member's account, which can be used for future bookings.

 

Membership Cancellations - 

Monthly or recurring memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice prior to rewnewal. Notice must be submitted in writing, by email, text, or via the designated cancellation process on your member account on the website or in the Spaces App.

Private Fairway Fulfillment and Shipping Policy

At Private Fairway, we are committed to providing a smooth and timely experience for all our customers and members. Please review the following policies regarding order fulfillment and delivery:

 

Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, followed by a notification when your order has been fulfilled.

 

Gift Certificates 

Gift certificates are delivered electronically via email immediately upon checkout. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase to avoid delays in delivery.

Memberships 

Memberships are processed immediately upon checkout. Shortly after your membership is confirmed, a member of the Private Fairway team will contact you to schedule your complimentary orientation session and welcome you to the community.
